Allora Solutions provides professional services only (document assistance, translations, notary, RMV & consulate support, consulting, and related services).
Refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and only if our team has not yet started working on the service.
Once work has begun, or after the 24-hour period has passed, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Third-Party & Government Fees
Any fees paid to government agencies, consulates, RMV, or third-party providers on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.
How to Request a Cancellation/Refund
To request a cancellation within the allowed 24-hour window:
Email us at info@allorasolutionss.com with your full name, invoice number, and service details.
If eligible, we will process the refund within 7 business days using the same payment method used.
